Warranty and Returns Policy

Warranty

  • New Factory-Sealed Retail Items (Original Box): Covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions, effective from the date of pickup or shipment.
  • Used, Refurbished, Open Box, or New Without Box Items: Covered by a 60-day warranty provided by Total IT Resource, starting from the date of pickup or shipment.

Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty is void if the product:

  • Sustains physical damage.
  • Is repaired, maintained, modified, or disassembled by anyone other than Total IT Resource.

Returns

  • Return Period: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of pickup or shipment.
  • Non-Defective Returns: A 20% restocking fee applies, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Ineligible Returns: No refunds or exchanges are offered after 30 days from shipment.

Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Do not return items directly to the manufacturer. Contact Total IT Resource for return instructions.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be issued for items that are:

  • Not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to Total IT Resource.

Refunds

  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
  • Delayed or Missing Refunds:
    1. Check your bank account for the refund.
    2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
    3. If the refund is still missing, email us at info@totalitresource.com.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping: Return your product to the original purchase location. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Refund Deductions: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
